Call to arrange a trip or ask whether we can cover it. Booking by phone means we can confirm the vehicle, the crew, and the timing while you are on the line.

What to have ready

• Patient name and date of birth
• Pickup address and destination, with any facility or unit details
• Date and time needed, and whether it is a round trip
• Whether the patient travels by stretcher or wheelchair
• Insurance information, and any physician order if one exists
